Appointments vs. Drop In Advising at AARS

Depending on the type of question(s) you have, you may need to come by for drop in general education advising, or you may need to schedule an appointment with a general education Advisor. Here are some very general guidelines of what can be answered during 10-15 minutes drop in advising, and what requires an appointment. Be sure to prepare for your advising session.

  • Former Students Returning
  • Graduation Planning
  • Advisor Referrals
  • How to Choose a Major
  • Multi-Semester Planning
  • GPA Calculation
  • Summer School Planning
  • EO 665 - Remediation
  • More than 1 question
