Large Lecture Rooms
There are a total of 10 classrooms (including Morris Dailey) that will hold 100 students or more and are not included as part of the allocation to colleges. Before the semester scheduling cycle begins, each College Associate Dean or representative meets as a group and decides room needs for all classes. After decisions have been made, the group notifies departments who will schedule the room in Round 1.
The unused timeslots of the large lecture rooms revert back to Academic Scheduling at the end of Round 2. Departments are free to request these spaces from Academic Scheduling and will be placed in rooms if available.
