Moving of Furniture Between University Lecture Rooms

Inventories of University Lecture Room furniture are conducted by the Office of Academic Scheduling at least once a year (usually during the summer term). Periodic chair counts are conducted during the year by FD&O, which works in partnership with the Academic Scheduling Office to identify repairs and/or replacements that might be necessary as funding permits. In order to accommodate this working agreement between Academic Scheduling and FD&O, all University Lecture Room furniture provided in classrooms is to stay within its assigned room and is not to be removed and/or relocated without prior approval from Academic Scheduling.
