The Academic Success Center University Help Desk provides front line IT support to Faculty, Staff and Students of the university in a variety of areas. We are the first point of contact for information and support on campus.
As part of the Department of Academic Technology, Information Technology Support Services (ITSS) is the primary central technical support resource for SJSU students, staff, and faculty for computing-related questions and problems.
ITSS is composed of Desktop Support and the University Help Desk which both assist users in troubleshooting problems with common desktop operating systems, with software/hardware conflicts, and with configuring and employing selected desktop software packages.
The Audio Video Technical Services repair shop was established to maintain university owned A-V equipment, which is not only part of Academic Technology Media Services inventory, but equipment owned by various university departments.
