Spring 2018 Probation Workshops:

Students that are on Academic Probation (SJSU GPA blow 2.0), a hold will be placed on their records to prevent students from registering for courses. In order for the hold to be lifted, students must attend a mandatory workshop. To sign up for a probation workshop, please use links below.

The ACCESS Center now has writing and math tutors for College of Social Science (CoSS) Majors only. Here's our tutor's information:

ACCESS Welcomes our new Office Manager, Gabriela Quintero!

Gabriela Quintero is a Mexican-American first-generation college student who moved to San José from the small town of Salinas, CA, also known as "The Salad Bowl". As an undergraduate student at San José State University, she majored in Psychology. In her previous role as Program Coordinator of TRIO SSS at Mission College, Gabriela provided leadership, direction and coordination for the program and developed partnerships with staff, faculty and helped provide an inclusive climate supportive of first-generation, low-income, and students with disabilities. She enjoys making authentic connections with students, staff, and administrators in an effort to ensure a welcoming institutional culture is developed and sustained. Gabriela will soon apply for her Master's degree in Counseling Education at SJSU.
