Below is a list of classes we recommend to our students before they can take the CPA Exam.

• Bus 121A - Intermediate Accounting I
• Bus 121B - Intermediate Accounting II
• Bus 122A - Cost Management
• Bus 122B - Advanced Management Accounting & Control Systems
• Bus 123A - Tax Factors of Business and Investment Decisions
• Bus 123C - Taxation of Individual and Pass-Through Entities
• Bus 126 - Advanced Accounting
• Bus 128 - Accounting for Non-Profit Organizations
• Bus 129A - Financial Auditing
• Bus 80 - Introduction to Legal Environment of Business

Unfortunately, other than those recommended courses, the Accounting & Finance Department does not provide a preparation program for the CPA examination.

Note: The student must have a Bachelor degree and a minimum of 24 units in accounting courses and 24 units in other business topics
