The Property Office, now a part of Accounting Services, is responsible for asset management services, including:

• Maintaining a 2-year physical inventory cycle.
• Tagging SJSU and Foundation donated property.
• Maintaining accurate inventory records.
• Adding property data to the Asset Management System.
• Coordinating property disposals.

The Property Manual addresses the most frequently asked questions concerning the acquisition, maintenance and disposition of SJSU property.
