This is the first level of the program. This level is designed to encourage colleague-to-colleague recognition any time.

When you observe a fellow employee going Above and Beyond, you can present them with a You Make the Difference Praise Card to acknowledge their extra efforts. A part of the Praise Card is also given to the supervisor.

Praise cards are readily available in each Service Group. You can also contact your Service Group Recognition Committee member.
