Well U - Thrive Across America

Big Bang Molecules
1st Place Team: The Big Bang Molecules

Fitness Maniacs
2nd Place Team: 4 Fitness Maniacs

Well U's first program in partnership with Kaiser Permanente's Health Works, 'Thrive Across America,' wrapped up on November 29 with its closing celebration. The program had 275 participants and 34 teams logged in their daily activity. Exercise was converted into miles as participants made their way across the country. Together, participants logged a total of 700,732 minutes of exercise. Congratulations to all of our teams, including the 1st Place team, 'Big Bang Molecules', and the 2nd Place team, 'Fitness Maniacs.' Best team name went to 'The Miss Fits.'

Our next event with Kaiser will be the 'Know Your Numbers' Health Screening on January 16 and 17. Free screenings will be offered to test blood pressure, cholesterol, blood glucose and body composition. More information will follow in the January newsletter and at Well U.
