Thrive Across America

Ready...Set...Thrive! Well U and Kaiser Permanente are teaming up to bring staff and faculty the Thrive Across America fitness challenge. Form teams of 4 to 8 and track your physical activity online or on the Thrive Across America smartphone app. Each day you record 30 minutes or more of exercise, you earn a Thrive Across America star. The more stars you and your teammates earn, the further you travel across America and the higher your score! Participants of all fitness levels are encouraged to participate. Kaiser Permanente is providing great prizes for the winners. For more details come to the Information Session on Wednesday, September 19 in MLK 225/229 from 12:00pm to 1:00pm. Also visit Well U Events for updates. Registration opens on September 19 and the team challenge kicks off on October 3. So lace up your sneakers and get ready to Thrive Across America!


HR User Group Meeting

Announcing the first-ever campus wide Human Resources User Group meeting! We will be presenting upcoming improvements to the Recruiting and On-Boarding processes as well as updating you on various activities in HR. This event is open to all employees and will be held Thursday, September 13 from 9:00am to 11:00am in ENG 189. We look forward to seeing you there!
