Looking for something delicious to try for lunch? Here are a few of our staff favorites for those delicious summer lunches on campus!
Joanna’s favorite lunch during a nice summer day is the Chicken Caesar Club at Just Below.
(Toasted bread with creamy Caesar Parmesan spread, chicken breast, bacon, lettuce and red onion)
Jake’s favorite vegetarian sandwich is the Tomato, Pesto and Mozzarella Panini at Just Below.
(With fresh tomatoes, pesto and fresh mozzarella)
When it’s hot out, Nicole loves getting the Strawberry Frozen Iced Tea at Just Below.
