Marcia has more than 25 years of executive leadership and consulting experience in transformation, strategic change, and innovation for businesses and individuals. Spanning two careers in Corporate Communications and Marketing with Transformation consulting,
Marcia works collaboratively with her associates to help clients transform their organizations. Her commitment to her customers’ success is renown, from working with the Board of Directors on strategic decisions to facilitating leadership conversations on creating their Compelling Purpose, designing the system and methods to achieve it, and creating the culture where all can contribute and find joy in work.
Marcia holds a Master’s degree from San Jose State University and an undergraduate degree from Santa Clara University. She has taught graduate management classes and been a guest lecturer at UC-Berkeley, Naval Post-Graduate School, and Fordham University.
