Campus MovieFest, the world's largest student film festival, is back at San José State for the eighth year. 100+ teams embark to make a five minute movie in one week. Each year, SJSU students receive national recognition for their work at CMF.

Classes of '62, '63, and '64: Golden Grads will have their own area at the Spartans @ San Pedro Square Market event so you can meet and mingle with your classmates while enjoying this special community tradition. Hosted appetizers.

College of Humanities and the Arts Student Showcase

The College of Humanities and Arts invites you back to campus to visit our Student Showcase 2013, hosted by Dean Lisa Vollendorf. The day will feature student work from all majors, including musical performances, poetry readings, and theatrical shorts as well as booths of each program's goals and achievements. Refreshments will also be provided.

#10 FalesSpartans vs. Wyoming Homecoming Football Game

1 p.m. Tailgating, 4 p.m. Kickoff | Spartan Stadium | Buy tickets

Help pack Spartan Stadium and cheer on the Spartans as they take on the Cowboys. There's no place better than Spartan Stadium tailgate on a Saturday afternoon in October. 

Tailgate festivities begin at 1p.m. Be on the look out for our spirit teams as they take over the tailgates with entertainment, prizes and more. And be sure to stay after the game for an exciting post-game fireworks show. Buy tickets


Golden Grad Reunion Tailgate Partygolden grad

1-4 p.m. | Spartan Stadium Practice Field | $35

Classes of '62, '63, and '64: Enjoy a special BBQ tailgate as you mix and mingle with old friends, then show your Spartan Pride as our football team plays against Wyoming. $35 per person, includes lunch, soft drinks and a complimentary ticket to the football game.

1 - 4 p.m. | Around Spartan Stadium | Free

Game will be held during the tailgate around the Spartan Stadium and include a variety of giveaways. Get a free NFC enabled game card at our 1st station with the sign of “Red X” inside the student parking lot located at 10th street and Alma Avenue. There, you will get a chance to win all kinds of Spartan mascots and special Spartan t-shirts. Then, collect two more stickers at 2nd and 3rd station and touch your card to the final 4th station if you want to win the giant prize, a Google Nexus 7 or an exclusive pre-game Chalk Talk with Spartans Coach. Visit the SparTap booth at Fire on the Fountain (Oct. 24) to learn more.
