The Asian Pacific Islander Faculty and Staff Association (APIFSA) is comprised of faculty and staff whose primary focus are on issues pertinent to the Asian Pacific Islander (API) community at San Jose State University. APIFSA provides a safe place for APIs to discuss issues and advocate for the API community.
APIFSA emerged to continue the work of the Asian Pacific American Staff and Faculty Association (APASFA) and Asian Pacific Islander Caucus (APIC). The purpose and mission of APIFSA were adopted from APASFA.
