In addition to the Natalie & James Thompson Gallery, there are eight smaller student galleries, including a special installation/performance space, and a small design gallery. Additionally there are exhibition cases located throughout the Art Building used to showcase student work. In most of the galleries, exhibits of student and class art work change weekly, resulting in over 160 different exhibitions annually. BA, BFA, and MFA students are required to exhibit their work in partial fulfillment of their degree requirements. This unique and extremely popular program of weekly exhibitions, and opening receptions, is an essential component of the art and design student's academic experience.
