How to Clear the Cache in Firefox

1. At the top of the Firefox window on the menu bar, click on Tools > Options.
2. Select Advanced from the top panel
3. Click on the Network tab.

      

1. In the Offline Storage section, click Clear Now.
2. Click OK to close the Options window

How to Clear the Cache in Internet Explorer

1. At the top of the Internet Explorer window on the menu bar, click on Tools > Internet Options.
2. Verify you are in the General tab.

      

1. Under Temporary Internet Files, click Delete Cookie. When the process is complete click Delete Files.
2. Under History, click Clear History.
3. Click OK to close the Internet Options window.
