Desktop Support is the person or group that supports employee's Gmail, computers and perhaps many (but not all) of the information systems in your organizational unit. The method for contacting your organizational unit's desktop support varies from organizational unit to organizational unit. If you are unaware of the method used for contacting desktop support in your organizational unit you can call the ITS Service Desk.
If you are seeking assistance with SJSU IT systems and are contacting SJSU via phone and/or Internet you should go directly to the new SJSU IT Help Desk website.
If you are seeking assistance with Canvas, or other distance learning tools, you should go to the SJSU eCampus website.
