Desktop Support
Desktop Support is the person or group that supports employee Gmail, computers and perhaps many (but not all) of the information systems in your organizational unit. The method for contacting your organizational unit's desktop support varies from organizational unit to organizational unit. If you are unaware of the method used for contacting desktop support in your organizational unit you can call the university help desk and we can look that up in our knowledge base for you.
Please do one of the following:
- Call us at (408) 924-2377 during our normal business hours.
- Or, go to our ticket portal and submit an incident ticket into our ticketing system.
- Or, visit us in Clark Hall room 102 during our normal business hours.
