Dear Sir,

I wish you would have the kindness either to send me no Chronicle at all, or to pay the full postage, and to send them regularly. – I have had to pay this morning letter postage on 6 numbers, one or two of them away back in November. Paying letter postage for papers three months old is not very pleasant. Please amend the matter. Remembering old times I am your
