Have a voice. Share your experiences. Shape the future of our community.
To create and maintain a healthy, welcoming, inclusive campus environment, SJSU wants to understand the experience of all students, faculty and staff members. In spring 2020, San Jose State’s students, faculty and staff will be invited to participate in a campus climate study that will be conducted by Rankin & Associates Consulting, an external consultant that has conducted more than 200 similar studies at other institutions across the nation. Take the Campus Climate and Diversity Survey! Extended to May 8.
Safe and Confidential
This campus climate study offers a safe, confidential opportunity to describe your personal experiences and observations, and offer suggestions for change to help enhance the campus climate at SJSU.
The goals of the study are to uncover challenges facing members of our university community, identify successful initiatives and develop strategic initiatives to build on the successes and address the challenges.
