Compensation Increases

Compensation increases for unit represented employees are determined by collective bargaining agreements. Increases for Management Personnel Plan (MPP) and employees classified as confidentials follow Chancellor’s Office guidelines and are determined by each employee’s supervisor based on performance measures. The campus is budgeted for compensation increases in the CSU Operating Fund only. Self-support/non-CSU Operating Fund entities are independently responsible for funding their employees’ compensation increases.

Note: Lack of departmental budget will not affect issuance of employee paychecks.
