Increases Covered
The following list includes CSU Operating Fund compensation increases covered and distributed from the CSU Operating Fund compensation pool. Bargaining unit compensation agreements are normally funded within the limits of the specified compensation pool (see Merit increases) and may include the following:
- Early Faculty Promotions (as a direct result of Collective Bargaining)
- Faculty Merit Increases (FMIs)
- General Salary Increases (GSIs)
- Market Salary Adjustments
- Merit Salary Increases (MSIs) for MPP and Confidential classes
- One Time Bonuses (as a direct result of Collective Bargaining)
- Performance Based Salary Increases (PBSIs)
- Service Salary Increases (SSIs)
- Specific Bargaining Unit Retroactive Settlements
