Students have the option to sign up for the installment payment plan (IPP). Financial aid students with a fee deferral should not sign up for the IPP, unless student is also in campus Housing and financial aid award does not cover all Housing charges.

The plan includes

• Basic registration fees, course fees, late registration fees
• Non-resident tuition (non-California residents)
• Housing charges

IPP fees

• The Fall and Spring semester IPP fee is $33. This fee will post to your account at the time you select the plan. This fee is charged once per term if IPP is selected
• The Summer session IPP fee is $22. This fee will post to your account at the time you select the plan. This fee is charged once per term if IPP is selected
• If you are in housing, a $20 IPP housing fee will post to your account with 30 days

• Logon to MySJSU
• Navigate to Online payments, payment plans and account services > Enroll in Payment Plan
