You can use your ATM debit card to pay in person at Cashiering Services located in the Student Services Center on the corner of 9th & San Fernando (see hours below).
You will be asked to enter your PIN number and the transaction will be processed as a debit.
Please note that when paying by ATM debit card, if a credit/refund situation should occur, e.g., over payment, classes cancelled, etc., all credits/refunds are posted to the student's account and sent directly to the student. We do this as we outsource our payment-by-credit-card option and therefore, do not have access to credit card information.
You can also use your ATM debit card to pay online through your MySJSU
account.
The online payment system only allows "pinless" debit transactions. Therefore, you will not be asked to enter your PIN number when completing your online ATM debit card payment.
Please note: Some banks, including Bank of America, U.S. Bank and Wells Fargo, do not participate in "pinless" debit payments. If your bank does not participate, you will be unable to use this payment method online. (You may still use your debit card in person at Cashiering Services.)
