All members of the campus community are issued an SJSU Tower Card at no cost and offer the convenience of gold Points, VTA, meal plans and campus ID. Current members of U.S. Bank, or those wishing to become members of U.S. Bank, may select the Tower Card Maxx
which also serves as a Visa debit card.
With your Tower Card, you never have to worry about carrying cash, credit cards or checks for some of your campus needs. Spartan Gold Points allow you to present your Tower Card to make your purchase. To purchase Gold Points now, visit Gold Points Online.
Note: Open University Students are not eligible to receive a Tower Card unless they first purchase a VTA Transit Pass/Sticker from the Associated Students Business Office (located in the Student Union) for $73.50. Once the VTA Transit Pass/Sticker has been purchased, bring the receipt and a photo I.D. to Tower Card Window 9, located in the Student Services Center next to the Cashiers windows, and a Tower Card will be issued for a fee of $5.00.
