What is Spartan Squad?
Spartan Squad is the official student athletic booster program of San José State University supporting SJSU athletics. Founded in the Fall of 2005 by Matthew Olivieri and Brad Villeggiante, with support from Associated Students, the Squad increases SJSU pride, unity and spirit throughout the student body.
Spartans Transform Construction Site into a Work of Art
An SJSU Art student painting a mural, located by the Student Union, in front of the Art Building. Students have decided to paint the wall that was put up after construction started in order to celebrates the continuity of the past and present by showcasing artist self-portraits of the past five hundred years.

Welcome to CASA CARHS!
The mission of the CASA Center for Applied Social Services Research (CARHS) is to facilitate high-quality interdisciplinary applied research on human services. To help faculty members further their scholarship, CARHS provides various writing and research supports. Our community of researchers host events throughout the year, and lead a number of research centers and institutes.
Who is eligible to use CARHS services and supports?
All CASA faculty members are eligible for CARHS services and supports. Human services scholars from outside CASA who are interested in CARHS services and supports need to register as CARHS Affiliates. Use the "contact us" link to begin the process.
