Dr. LONNIE SNOWDEN
On Thursday 11/29/12 CARHS proudly hosted Dr. Lonnie Snowden at the CARHS Fall 2012 Research Forum. Dr. Snowden is Professor of the Graduate School in the School of Public Health’s Health Policy and Management Program at the University of California, Berkeley. He has published more than 145 peer-reviewed research articles and book chapters, and his research has been continuously grant-supported for more than 25 years by awards from the National Institute of Mental Health and other sources. A video of the talk will be made available for those who cannot attend in person.
Dr. Snowden’s research focuses on mental health and other health services disparities in access and quality of care, and on understanding disparities from social and health policy and systems perspectives.
