*After School All Stars atBurnett Academy or Hoover Middle Schools.  Mentor in this distinguished after-school program. ASAS offers specialized programs: TIVITZ for math and MIRACLES for technology, as well as arts, computer, life skills, literacy and sports programs. Inquiry, applications, training and placement made through our SJSU Students-In-Action.

Cathedral Basilica of Saint Joseph.  Art, architecture, history and religious studies students are welcome as docents for guided tours, for events and special projects or presentations.

Works/San Jose Educational Outreach. Gain transferable work experience, make professional contacts in arts and education, meet new people and most importantly make a difference. Oversee and coordinate activities for Youth and Family Art Connection (YFAC) a free summer art workshops for local children and their families and a teen mentoring program called Teen Advisory Board (TAB).
