Mr. Hong was formerly a Senior Consultant for Experio Solutions Enterprise Security Services practice based in Northern California. Mr. Hong has experienced in information systems and technology focusing in Information Security and Security Architecture. He helped develop methodologies and professional services products for this emerging group within Experio Solutions. Prior to joining Experio Solutions, Mr. Hong was an Information Security Engineer for an investment bank based in San Francisco. He assisted in the development and implementation of a Single Sign-On security solution that allows customers to access their accounts across multiple platforms and domains. He also acted as the interim Security Officer developing corporate policies and procedures relevant to financial institutions covering SEC and NASD guidelines.
Mr. Hong also has consulting experience working with KPMG in their Information Security Services practice where he was the lead consultant for penetration study and security assessment engagements. These engagements gave him exposure to the design and architecture of security for financial, entertainment and technology industries. Mr. Hong received a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo and is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) issued through the International Information Systems Security Certification Consortium.
