Nabil Daoud, CBCP, ICS, is a graduate of San Francisco State University with a Masters in Public Administration. Formerly with Liberate Technologies, Nabil was the Risk, Safety, and Contract Manger where he created a comprehensive business continuity plan, conducted business impact analysis for all departments, and presented an action plan & test drills. He also managed their site services and contracts, analyzing risk, and creating policies, procedures, and guidelines.
Previous professional experience has been with companies like, Color Copy Printing, Perdix, Inc., GAMA Inc. / RKH Project, and St. Luke Hospital where he focused business impact analysis to benefit the daily operations of the organization when analyzing critical functions; creating disaster mitigation solutions from the BC plan & safety management program.
With over 10 years of experience in managing business continuity in businesses, high tech industry, and health care, he creates emergency response & risk management programs, and builds successful business continuity plans for these organizations. During previous disasters, he acted as incident commander, managing leadership of the response teams, and commanding the incidents despite lacking needed resources from response agencies; and implementing plans while maintaining basic business functions.
Nabil is also actively involved in professional associations like the Disaster Recovery International Institute, Collaborative for Disaster Mitigation, Risk & Insurance Management Society, International Facilities Management Association, and the Institute for Supply Management (National Association of Purchasing Managers).
