The January 21, 2003 Colima Earthquake - Lessons Learned: 3:00pm - 3:30pm On January 21, 2003, a powerful earthquake ripped through western and central Mexico, killing several hundred people, collapsing dozens of homes and leaving the area shrouded in darkness. Lic.
