The Disaster Resistant California Conference is designed to bring together emergency management professionals, local and state government representatives and private business partners to share ideas, technology and resources for the purpose of mitigating disasters. This year the theme is:

“Multi-Hazard Mitigation – Innovation, Integration and Implementation”

Focusing on the importance of disaster resistant communities, we are seeking a wide range of exhibits that demonstrate successful systems, technologies, and strategies to implement hazard mitigation measures and programs. The latest development in emergency products that address planning, preparedness, response and recovery is always the most popular selection among conference attendees.

Based upon the conference venue (Silicon Valley), program and attendees, the conference is sure to offer you and your company a unique and diverse networking and marketing opportunity. Total attendance at this conference is expected to be between 500 and 600 professionals including participants and speakers from Japan, Taiwan and Turkey.

Due to the limited available space, we encourage you to register as soon as possible. Space will be allocated on a first come, first served basis. Exhibitor’s Registration fee is $1000 and the registration deadline is April 4, 2003. Late registration received after the deadline is $1250.

Please fill out the exhibitor application form and fax or mail it back to us. From the floor plan of the facility, you will note that we have planned the layout and events to maximize traffic through the exhibits area. We will send you a confirmation letter and more information about the exhibit space, equipment, setup time and locations.
