Mark A. Howard

Mark Howard is a project director and owner of Aegis Innovative Solutions, LLC, a private consulting firm from Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Mr. Howard is responsible for the development, planning and implementation of hazard mitigation plans and projects for State government, local government, and private industry clients.

Prior to starting his business venture, Mr. Howard was the State Hazard Mitigation Officer for Louisiana from 1992 to 1996.

Mr. Howard is a graduate of Louisiana State University and also serves as an officer in the Louisiana National Guard. Mr. Howard resides in Baton Rouge with his wife, Kerri, and two daughters.
