Once the block is filled, reservations will be made on a space available basis, with the rate subject to change at the discretion of the hotel. The special group rate is $140 for a single/double occupancy room. If you would like to arrive early or stay later, the hotel will be happy to extend the program rates, two days prior and two days after program dates, based on availability. Attendees are responsible for making their own reservations. A $25 fee will be charged for each additional occupant. Guests will be able to change their departure date without penalty up to and including the time or registration. However, guests who depart prior to their confirmed departure date will be charged an early departure fee of $50.
Check in time is 3:00 p.m. Every effort is made to accommodate guests arriving before the check-in time, however, rooms may not be immediately available. Check-out time is 1:00 p.m. Requests to retain rooms beyond that hour should be directed to the Front Desk once you are registered. Should it be possible to extend a late check-out, a late departure charge may be applicable.
