   Contains Conference info & materials and all Full-length papers presented during the breakout sessions.
2. Published Proceeding:
   Contains all Presenter’s PowerPoint presentations.

Cost:
Price includes 1 ad in both proceedings; ads in CD-Rom will be the original ad converted to PDF file.

Ad Specifications:
Microsoft Word and PowerPoint 2002, PageMaker 6.5, Adobe Photoshop 5.0 or Illustrator 9.0. Must include fonts and graphics. Line art must be at least 300 dpi and photos should be 300 dpi or higher. We will not be responsible for the reproduction of graphic elements that do not meet these requirements. Ad should be worked up to our specifications size, etc. A fax of ads must come with e-mail ad. All ads are black & white. Ads must be received by April 19, 2004 in order to be included in the proceedings.
