The Sheraton Grand Hotel will accept only pre-paid packages 3 days prior to the event, no earlier than April 30, 2004. The Hotel will refuse any packages delivered C.O.D. and the Hotel will make no notification to the Shipper. All packages must contain a label providing the following information:

1. Return Address
2. Exhibitor Name, Booth #
3. On-site Representative: Jessica Tran or Victoria LaMar Haas
4. Event Name: Disaster Resistant California Conference 2004
5. Hotel Name: Sheraton Grand Hotel
6. Hotel Address: 1230 J Street, Sacramento, CA 95814
