Professional Development Courses

Collaborating Agencies Responding to Disasters (CARD) is a coalition of community-based organizations serving seniors, people with disabilities, and others with special needs in Alameda County. In the times of disaster, our agencies act in concert to provide a coordinated response to the emergency needs of vulnerable residents in their communities. Our services include: disaster response plan training; non-structural hazard mitigation; cost recovery training; First Aid/CPR; training in SEMS (Standardized Emergency Management System); and much more.
