Exhibit Space Rental Fee:
$1500.00 if postmarked by May 2, 2005 or is past exhibitor.
$1750.00 after May 2, 2005
(OES & CDM agrees to refund 50% of EXHIBITOR's registration fee if cancellation is received by CDM prior to May 2, 2005. No refund will be paid for cancellations received after May 2, 2005.)
Exhibit space will be allocated on a first - come, first - served basis. Exhibitor's fee covers registration expenses for 1 person only, unless otherwise indicated in sponsorship level. Additional exhibitor(s) may register for $195. Exhibitor will also receive one 6 ft. table, drape and chair. High Speed internet connections and power supplies are available for an additional charge. Registered representatives will receive food & beverage, conference proceedings and materials, and access to all sessions.

Assignment of Exhibit Space: OES & CDM will make every effort to comply with requests for assignment of exhibit space locations on a "first come - first served" basis for exhibitors who have returned their agreement and payment in full. OES & CDM reserve the right to change exhibit space assignments or make such modifications to the floor plan as may be necessary to meet the needs of the Conference.
A confirmation letter, which will include information on exhibit space, equipment, and installation time & exhibit hours, will be mailed within one week of receipt of agreement and payment.

Shipping Exhibit Materials: Exhibit materials may be shipped to the Hyatt Regency Hotel, 1209 L Street, Sacramento, CA 95814, in advance of the conference. All materials must be clearly marked with Disaster Resistant California Conference, May 15-18, 2005. At the time of exhibit set-up, a conference staff person will be available to assist in the retrieval of exhibit materials. UPS shipping will also be available at the close of the conference to assist with any shipping needs.

Loss or Damage of Exhibit Materials: EXHIBITOR is solely responsible for any loss or damage of exhibit materials. All property of EXHIBITOR is understood to be in Exhibitor's custody and control in transit to and from or within the confines of the exhibit. EXHIBITOR agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Governor's Office of Emergency Services, The Collaborative for Disaster Mitigation, the San Jose State University Foundation, and the Hyatt Regency Hotel for any loss or damage to exhibit materials.
