General Guidelines

• Use 12 point Times font for all text (text within figures, headings, and title is excepted).
• Margins of 1.25 inches on the left and 1.0 inches on the right shall be maintained on all pages. Top and bottom margins shall be maintained at 1.0 inch on all pages
• All pages shall be standard 8.5 x 11.0 inches.
• The maximum length of each paper shall be 10 pages, including Figures, Tables, and References.
• Indent the beginning of each paragraph 5 spaces.
• Page numbers shall be placed at the center of each page 1/2ˇ¨ from the bottom of the page.

Title	14 point Arial type, bold, centered within the margins Authors names below title in 12 point type Authors affiliations to be footnoted on the first page
Headings	Main section headings shall be 12 point Arial type, bold, centered within margins
Sub headings	Sub headings shall be 12 point Arial type, bold, aligned with the left hand margin
Abstract	12 point Times type, single spaced
Body	12 point Times type, single spaced
Conclusions	12 point Times type, single spaced
References	List each reference alphabetically by first author's last name. Single space each reference, leave one space between each individual reference. References should provide information to aid the reader in finding the item cited.
Mathematics	All mathematics must be typewritten and special symbols must be identified properly.
Figures and Tables	Figures and tables shall be titled, centered, must fit within the margin boundaries, and referenced within the body of the paper. Figure 1. below is an example figure:
