Public Information

CDM is a unique collaborative body that brings together the public sector, private sector and academia to improve hazard mitigation. While single institutions are capable of undertaking important mitigation activities, significantly great and more cost effective strides can be made when it is done collaboratively. Since its inception, CDM has worked together with local jurisdictions, businesses, non-profits and academia. This page provides details on the various projects that CDM is involved in, including translation materials. CDM will continue to provide translations of other useful documents as well, based on the recommendations of either the Users Group or the Executive Board.
