As faculty-in-residence for Lecturer Support, Beth Von Till coordinates orientation training for new lecturers at the start of each semester that are designed to provide an introduction to University policies and procedures, answer frequently asked questions and offer helpful suggestions. Beth also offers workshops and sessions on a variety of topics of interest to faculty such as formative assessment, working with under-prepared students, preparing effective syllabi and others. She also has extensive experience in delivery skills and working with non-native speakers. Individual consultations are encouraged.
