Faculty-in-Residence ProgramDiversity
Rona is available for consultation on useful instructional methods addressing the learning, speaking, and writing needs of our diverse student body. Rona Halualani, Associate Professor, Communication Studies, is the faculty-in-residence for Diversity. Rona earned her doctorate in Intercultural Communication from Arizona State University. Rona facilitates an intercultural interaction module developed in collaboration with the International and Extended Studies Department. The intercultural interaction module sessions support faculty and staff in their efforts to create an environment of inclusiveness, respect, and understanding for our international students, visitors and scholars and diverse campus community.
