Plan A leads to a baccalaureate degree (BA) and subject matter preparation for entry into a Multiple Subject Teaching Credential Program after graduation. Plan A is relevant to a wide range of careers in education. Under this plan, coursework is diversified to cover five content areas typically taught in K-8 classrooms: language and literature; mathematics and science; humanities and the arts; human development and physical education; and history and the social sciences.
