Human Resources: People Operations

The future is coming to the Human Resources field and the SJSU Professional Development Center is on it! Evidence-based People Operations are transforming the Human Resources field. A modern People Operations organization is about building a strong culture, differentiated corporate identity, and the underlying infrastructure to make all this happen. Who companies fire, hire and retain is one of the biggest factors in predicting future success. The team that owns this process must understand business goals, market trends, and must partner internally for strategic retainment. People Operations plays a critical role in implementing the strategies to promote cross-functional alignment, a unified corporate vision and more. Our courses are designed to get you the skills to function in a People Ops (POPs!) world. Enroll today!
