- Academic Calendar
- This calendar will give you all of the important dates during the academic year.

- Advising Hub
- A web-based resource to help you locate information as well as the individuals and offices that can help you make steady progress to your degree.
- Academic Advising
- General Education and undeclared Major advising,as well as most campus forms (add/drop,graduation applications, change of grade forms,etc...)
- Associated Students
- Associated Student Business office offers many services, among which include check cashing, money orders, PG&E payments and VTA transportation information.
- Career Center
- Offers a variety of services such as resume, career, and interview seminars. Internship development and job search workshops, co-op and job fairs. Don't wait too long to go to the center for advice and counseling on your chosen major!
- Child Care
- The program serves children aged two and a half through six years. The Child Development Center is primarily for SJSU students.
- Computer Labs
- SJSU has several student computer labs that give you free access to software, equipment and printing. Contact the help desk to get an email address and information on locations.
- Counseling Services
- Counseling Services provides personal and educational counseling, groups and workshops, crisis counseling, referral and consultation services, training of practicum and intern students and a speakers bureau. There is no charge for currently enrolled students for any of these services.
- Disability Resource Center
- The DRC provides a variety of high quality retention service to student with disabilities, including academic counseling and the High Tech Center which is an adaptive computer lab for registered DRC students. There are also deaf and hard of hearing and learning disability services. Disabled parking permits and test accommodations are also available.
- Educational Opportunity Program
- This program provides access and support services to students who are economically, and educationally disadvantaged, but display the potential to succeed in post-secondary education. Students who are eligible receive assistance their first year with academic advising, learning assistance workshops, and many other services.
- Financial Aid
- The Financial Aid office awards over $45 million a year in grants, scholarships loans and Federal Work Study to more than 11,000 students. Emancipated Foster youth are eligible for scholarships and grants from several agencies.
- General Education
- Information requirements and courses that fulfill SJSU GE requirements.
- Housing
- University Housing Services provides convenient, affordable housing accommodations for single undergraduate and graduate students. Resident halls and apartments are available through the academic year and during the summer and winter breaks.
- International Student House
- For an international living experience, the I-House is a short distance from campus. This facility houses 70 students who come from over 35 different countries. Looking to travel to another country? Meet some of the students who are here on exchange.
- Legal Services
- Associated Students offers free legal counseling to students. An attorney will meet with a student in a 15 minute appointment to consult on a legal issue, and if further assistance is needed will provide a referral.
- Mediation
- The Conflict and Common Ground program site offers information on services available to students to resolve a conflict. If you need and ombudsperson, or want to get help to resolve a conflict please check out the site for additional resources.
- MOSAIC
- The MOSAIC Cross Cultural Center provides resources and services for students or groups involved in multicultural inclusiveness activities.
- MUSE
- MUSE refers to university-wide First-Year Experience activities, programs and workshops that exist to help first-year students succeed at San José State University. CME Society students are encouraged to register for a MUSE class which is designed with you in mind.

- SJSU Academic Forms
- Here you will find a list of academic forms that are available in the Office of the Registrar. All forms are in PDF format.
- SJSU Catalog
- The web-based SJSU Catalog includes all information found in the current printed version and in the latest online update.
- Student Health Center
- The Student Health Center provides quality, convenient, affordable medical care and health education to registered SJSU students. The list of free services is huge!
- Student Involvement
- Students who are involved in campus life are generally more satisfied with their educational experience than those who are not involved. Student Involvement is the home of New Student Orientation, Greek Life, and over 200 student groups. Find out how you can get involved on campus! They are located in Clark Hall, Suite 140.
- Testing & Evaluation
- Testing and Evaluation offers a number of admissions and other mandated tests such as the SAT, GRE, GMAT, EPT, ELM,and WST.
- Tutoring
- This Learning Assistance Center (LARC) center offers free tutoring to eligible students in specific subject areas: Chemistry, English, Mathematics, Physics,etc..) Other assistance in building writing skills, improving basic grammar and usage, improving sentence structure and organizing and developing essays and term papers.
