The Connect, Motivate, and Educate (CME) Society’s role on campus is to be a resource/advocate for you—to connect you to financial aid assistance, faculty mentors,peer mentors, on campus housing, counseling support, and all the departments on campus that can assist you to succeed at SJSU.
The CME Society helps motivate you to take full advantage of your college experience. We work with faculty, staff and alumni who would like to support and help you succeed at SJSU. We also have sources throughout our community who can help you explore your career goals and reach your full potential.
CME’s most important role is to educate. We can guide you to the resources you need and will assist in keeping you informed of important dates. We will help you learn the skills you need to find a job, get better grades, or land an internship. And if you want to get some leadership involvement, CME can help with that, too.
