Upper Division Transfer

You have completed 60 units or more

The following can qualify you for Business:

• Have a transfer GPA of 2.6 or greater (3.0 for Accounting, AIS or CFM)OR

• Complete 12 SJSU units - graded, upper division that count towards degree AND get an SJSU GPA of 2.6 or greaterOR

• If desired concentration in Accounting, AIS, or CFM:Complete 12 SJSU units - graded upper division that count towards degree, including Intermediate Accounting   ( Bus1 121A) w/GPA of 3.0

All the options in which you take courses to qualify need to be done in your first 24 units at SJSU

Upper Division

• You have 60 units or more

• You did not transfer as a Junior

• The following can qualify you for Business

  a) Need to complete 12 upper division units graded AND receive an SJSU GPA of 2.6 or greater for those units

  b) Lower division grades will not be considered in the qualification.

Lower Division

• You have completed 59 units or less

• Must complete a minimum of 24 SJSU units graded

• SJSU GPA must be 2.6 or greater
