College of Business Fall Convocation 2013
Thank you for submitting your RSVP to attend the CoB Fall 2013 convocation ceremony on December 19, 2013.
Please print this page as a reminder of the steps to take in order to participate in the ceremony.
Please remember to do the following after you’ve submitted your RSVP online:
1. To celebrate your academic accomplishment, your name will appear in the CoB Convocation booklet (if you applied for graduation by May 1, 2013 with Business Student Advisement Center – for undergraduates, or Sept. 13 for Graduate students with the graduate admissions office.) If you do not want your name to be included in the booklet, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org before November 19, 2013.
2. If you are inviting any guests, purchase guest tickets at the Event Center box office, from October 21 – December 19 (divided into two purchase periods). Tickets sold on a first come-first serve basis and will depend on availability. Tickets are not guaranteed.
When purchasing your tickets please verify if your name or degree information is incorrect. If there are any changes please send an email to email@example.com before November 19, 2013.
3. Submit a “thank-you” message and photo by Wednesday, December 11, midnight PST, if you want it to be shown to the guests as they arrive at the Event Center.
4. Review the important instructions listed under the section titled “Important instructions to follow BEFORE and DURING the ceremony!” in the CoB convocation website.
