RSVP Spring 2013 Convocation Confirmation


Thank you for submitting your RSVP to attend the CoB Spring 2013 convocation ceremony on May 24, 2013.

 Please print this page as a reminder of the steps to take in order to participate in the ceremony.

 Please remember to do the following after you’ve submitted your RSVP online:

  1. To celebrate your academic accomplishment, your name will appear in the CoB Convocation booklet.  If you do not want your name to be included in the booklet, please send an email to before April 17, 2013.

  2. If you are inviting any guests, purchase guest tickets at the Event Center box office, from March 18 – May 24 (divided into two purchase periods). Tickets sold on a first come-first serve basis and will depend on availability. Tickets are not guaranteed.

    When purchasing your tickets please verify if your name or degree information is incorrect. If there are any changes (and if you want your name printed in the program booklet) please send an email to before April 17.

  3. Submit a “thank-you” message and photo by Thursday, May 16, midnight PST, if you want it to be shown to the guests as they arrive at the Event Center.

  4. Review the important instructions listed under the section titled “Important instructions to follow BEFORE and DURING ceremony!” in the CoB convocation website.
