Dean Dan Moshavi

Welcome to the Lucas College and Graduate School of Business' new e-newsletter. As you can see, we have revamped our approach to sharing news with our alumni and hope you find this new format accessible and informative.

I started in the dean's role at the end of February and have spent the past few weeks speaking with and listening to members of our advisory boards, our alumni, faculty and administrative stakeholders across the SJSU campus and, of course, with our own faculty, staff and students. As you will note in the sections below, we have an engaged and committed faculty who are working to create meaningful experiences inside and outside of the classroom. In addition, our students continue to impress -- participating in regional and national competitions, managing investment funds, and actively engaging with Silicon Valley companies.

We'll be developing a new strategic plan for the college over the next few months and look forward to informing and involving you as we move forward. Stay tuned as we continue to innovate.

Dan Moshavi, Dean
