Thank you for submitting your RSVP to attend the CoB Fall 2012 convocation ceremony on December 20.

Please print this page as a reminder of the steps to take in order to participate in the ceremony.

Please remember to do the following:

  1. Check if your name is on the Event Center box office list (included in the CoB convocation website) if you want to purchase any guest tickets. If it's not on the list, follow the instructions on the website on how to request a box office letter.

  2. Check if your name or degree information is incorrect or missing on the Event Center box office list (on the CoB convocation website) before November 7, if you want your name to be included in the program booklet.

  3. If you are inviting any guests, purchase guest tickets at the Event Center box office, from October 15 – December 20 (divided into two purchase periods). Tickets sold on a first come-first serve basis and will depend on availability. Tickets are not guaranteed.

  4. Submit a “thank-you” message and photo by December 7, midnight PST, if you want it to be shown to the guests as they arrive at the Event Center.

  5. Review the important instructions listed under the section titled “Important instructions to follow BEFORE and DURING ceremony!” in the CoB convocation website.
